Literary Hack claims that the taxonomy used to mark up texts is the copyrighted intellectual property of The CTB and SHR Trust. The application of the taxonomy to texts posted on the Literary Hack website, and the design and implementation of the web site, is also the copyrighted intellectual property of The CTB and SHR Trust.
